Our Outdoor Space Needs Concrete

At Paws For Life Animal League, we believe every animal deserves a safe, clean, and comfortable space while they wait for their forever home. Unfortunately, our outdoor dog area is in desperate need of an upgrade, and we need your help to make it happen!
Right now, our yard base is made of gravel, which may seem harmless but creates serious problems for our dogs:
🐶 Health Risks – Many of our dogs accidentally eat the rocks, leading to painful digestive issues and even dangerous blockages.
🐾 Unhygienic Conditions – Gravel makes it nearly impossible to properly clean up waste, increasing the risk of disease and contamination.
🏚️ Safety Concerns – Some dogs dig through the gravel and escape, putting them in harm’s way.
🌧️ Flooding & Unsanitary Water – Without proper drainage, rain and melting snow turn the area into a slushy mess—what we can only describe as “poop soup.”
Our solution? A new concrete yard with proper drainage! This upgrade will ensure our dogs have a safe, clean, and secure space to play and relax while waiting for their new families. But we can’t do this alone—we need YOUR help!
